Nicholas Brown is an execution-focused consulting leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and complex execution challenges.
He founded Goat Wall Consulting to help growing and changing companies align strategy with the way work actually gets done—through organization design, business modeling, readiness planning, and practical execution support.
Before launching Goat Wall, Nicholas held leadership roles at Eagle Hill Consulting and Accenture, where he worked across growth strategy, organization design, technology implementation, business readiness, GTM planning, and enterprise transformation. Across his career, he has advised organizations spanning technology, financial services, nonprofit, retail, telecommunications, and the public sector.
His work is grounded in a simple belief: when companies grow, the operating model has to grow with them.
